Online Hosting with Meet Planning Support

• We plan your sessions, age groups, schedule, etc. You participate as much or as little as you wish in the process.
• Online hosting fee plus $.70 per participant

Pricing for Software License for Onsite Scoring - your equipment, ScoreKing software

For onsite installation, we license our software for one year usage. You may use it for as many meets in your gym as you wish regardless of the type of meet.

The price of the license depends on how many scorepads at a time you wish to have active at your meets. We do not charge extra for scoreboards or the leader board application, so you can choose to run your meet with any number of scoreboards, projectors or leaderboards.

• 4 active scorepads [1 gym, 1 scorepad per event for girls meet] or 6 scorepads [ 1 gym,1 scorepad per event for boys meet]- $600
• 8 active scorepads [1 gym, 2 scorepads per event OR 2 gyms, 1 scorepad per event] - $700
• 16 active scorepads [2 gyms, 2 scorepads per event OR 1 gym, 4 scorepads per event] - $825

Pricing for In Person Scoring - All equipment & staffing provided.

• Basic Package: One day meet - $900, Two days - $1600, Three days - $2300
• Extra Displays, leaderboards, Coaches Console, Certificates or other services are priced separately. Hotel and travel are additional.
